Welcome to the blog! This online space will be a place where I can write out my thoughts and share answers to questions I get frequently asked. My goal is to keep each article about 200 words so my answers won’t be in depth but hopefully will spur you to do your own research. Most of my life focuses on engineering, real estate, and the intersection of the two so that is what I will share. Let me know your questions and I will do my best to answer them.
